General Terms of Sale
Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between Green Connection, a brand operated by Green Connection, and its customers, both businesses and individuals, for the purchase of premium hemp products, botanical extracts and selected terpene profiles. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Access and age
The website and orders are strictly reserved for adults. By placing an order, the customer confirms being at least 18 years old and having the legal capacity required to purchase the products offered.
Customers
Green Connection serves both professionals (distributors, resellers, shops, clubs) and adult individuals. The customer declares acting in good faith and in compliance with the regulations applicable to them.
Compliance, thresholds and destination
Green Connection offers a varied range of products. Depending on the reference, some contain 0% THC, others a Delta-9 THC level below 0.2%, others below 0.3%. Our products strictly comply with the regulatory thresholds applicable in their country of dispatch and we adapt our offer to the legislation of each country. The information on the site is provided for informational and commercial purposes only, with no medical claim or guarantee of results.
Collector items
Some references are offered as collector items, technical raw material or for authorized professional uses, and are not intended for consumption. The customer acknowledges having been informed of this at the time of the order.
Local verification
The customer is solely responsible for verifying, before any order, the legality of the products in their country of residence, delivery, transit or use. Laws governing hemp, CBD, THCA and their derivatives vary greatly from one country to another and may change at any time. The customer is invited to inquire and to contact us in case of doubt before ordering. Any order implies that the customer accepts this responsibility and confirms that the purchase complies with the applicable local regulations.
THCA products, warning
The customer acknowledges that some products are flowers or resins containing THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid), a compound distinct from THC. Under certain conditions (heat, decarboxylation), THCA may convert into Delta-9 THC and the final level may then exceed legal limits. Green Connection is in no way responsible for any change in the state of the product after delivery, nor for any transformation, handling, heating or decarboxylation carried out by the customer or a third party. The customer assumes full responsibility for the storage, handling and use of the products after receipt.
Orders and right of refusal
All orders are placed via WhatsApp, the website form or direct contact. Any confirmed order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Green Connection reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order, without justification, in particular in case of doubt about compliance, safety, the customer's identity, the destination, payment, or where there is a suspicion that the customer intends to transform, decarboxylate, resell in an unauthorized manner or use the products for purposes contrary to the law.
Identity verification
Green Connection reserves the right to request, at any time, proof of identity, age or business registration, in particular for professional or high-value orders. The order may be suspended until this verification is satisfied.
Discovery order and samples
A discovery order (samples) is possible on a one-time basis, only once per person, starting from 30 euros. The shipping costs of this discovery order are included in most countries. Beyond this first order, a minimum order of 100 g applies.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are inclusive of all taxes. Green Connection accepts payments by bank transfer, card and cryptocurrency. The order is only processed once payment is confirmed. The applicable price is the one communicated at the time the order is validated.
Shipping costs
Except for the discovery order, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Their exact amount is communicated to the customer before any order validation, depending on the destination and the volume ordered. No order is shipped before the customer agrees to these costs.
Carriers and delivery times
Shipments are generally entrusted to carriers such as UPS, Correos or national postal services. Green Connection reserves the right to change carrier at any time. The delivery times communicated are given for information only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, any inspections and circumstances beyond our control. No delivery time is guaranteed.
Delivery, transport and import
The obligations related to transport, import and local regulations are the responsibility of the recipient. Green Connection cannot be held responsible for delays, routing errors, blockages, losses, thefts or incidents attributable to carriers, postal services, customs or competent authorities. Risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
Export and import
The customer is personally responsible for all authorizations, licenses, permits and export or import declarations that may be required in their country and at the destination. Green Connection cannot be held responsible for their absence.
Customs, seizures and authorities
The customer accepts all risks related to customs, administrative or regulatory controls. No compensation, reshipment or automatic refund will be due in the event of seizure, confiscation, destruction, refusal of entry into the territory, administrative blocking or a decision taken by a competent authority. Each case may be reviewed on a commercial basis, without this constituting an obligation.
Final sales, returns and claims
Given the nature of the products, all sales are final. No refund, exchange or automatic reshipment is due once the order is confirmed. Any delivery problem or claim must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the parcel. No return may be made without prior written agreement. A commercial gesture may be considered on a case-by-case basis, only when the situation justifies it and when the customer has complied with all these Terms, without this constituting an obligation.
Use of products
Green Connection cannot be held responsible for any non-compliant, diverted, prohibited use or use contrary to local regulations. The customer undertakes not to resell in an unauthorized manner, transform, decarboxylate, promote or use the products under conditions not authorized by the applicable law. The customer is solely responsible for the consequences of such use.
Warranty and indemnification by the customer
The customer indemnifies and holds harmless Green Connection and Green Connection against any claim, action, sanction, conviction or damage from a third party or an authority, resulting from their use, storage, resale, transformation of the products or any breach on their part of the applicable regulations or of these Terms.
Force majeure
Green Connection cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-performance resulting from an event beyond its control, including strike, carrier breakdown, customs inspection, government restriction, natural disaster, cyberattack, conflict, shortage, logistical interruption or regulatory change.
Limitation of liability
In all cases, the total liability of Green Connection may not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the order concerned. Green Connection cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, in particular loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or damage to reputation.
Evidence
Electronic exchanges (WhatsApp messages, order form, emails) as well as order records kept by Green Connection are binding between the parties and constitute valid evidence of the orders and agreements concluded.
Severability and non-waiver
If any clause of these Terms is deemed void or unenforceable, the other clauses shall retain their full force. The failure to invoke a clause at a given time shall not constitute a waiver of the right to invoke it later.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of the publishing company, in Barcelona, subject to applicable mandatory rules. Green Connection reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
Nature of the products
The products are neither a food, a food supplement, nor a medicine, and are not intended for consumption. No information on the site may be interpreted as medical advice.
No agency
The customer acts in their own name and on their own behalf. Nothing in these Terms creates any mandate, agency, company or partnership between the customer and Green Connection. The customer may not bind Green Connection in any way.
Sanctions and restrictions
The customer declares not being subject to any international sanction and undertakes not to order, reship or divert the products to persons, entities or destinations subject to an embargo or prohibition.
Consumer mediation and disputes
In accordance with applicable regulations, a consumer may use a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute. They may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The use of mediation remains optional.
Governing version
These Terms are available in French, English and Spanish. In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation between the versions, the Spanish version prevails.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreement or exchange relating to the same subject.
Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer declares having read, understood and unreservedly accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.
